Dairy master as shift supervisor / shift supervisor (m/f/d)

As a shift master (m/w/d) you will ensure an efficient, cost-oriented and high-quality production process at Aretsried. This is controlled by monitoring plants and employees, continuous production supply and compliance with our quality standards. In case of disturbances or deviations from the production plan, you will keep the processes in mind and make necessary decisions to maintain production in close cooperation with technology and production planning. In demand analyses and the planning of time windows for maintenance and maintenance, you are also involved in the coordination of out-plan maintenance. You actively contribute to the continuous optimization of our production processes and to the increase in plant availability and initiate KVP measures after coordination with the relevant field manager. Together with other departments, such as factory protection, occupational safety or quality management, you will participate in projects and activities for process improvement, troubleshooting and the introduction of new products. In addition, you support the training of employees as well as the implementation of internal and external requirements, guidelines and protection provisions to ensure smooth production.

You have successfully completed a training course for the dairy master (m/w/d) or dairy technician (m/w/d). In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a dairy farm and are well familiar with the requirements of modern production processes. A good technical understanding as well as a pronounced sense of quality and hygiene are yours. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and convince by their communicative and powerful appearance. Work in the fully continuous layer system over all days of the week is not a problem for you.
