Project Manager Facility Service (m/w/d)

As project manager Facility Service & Maintenance, you take responsibility for the handling of service and maintenance projects and smaller remodeling projects at building-technical facilities in the large area of Dresden. A service car (including private use) is available for this purpose.

• Organisation, control and control of the operating business and external service providers
• Acquisition of technical responsibility for our service technicians
• Costing of projects in the field (maintenance / maintenance)

Your profile - you should bring:

• As an alternative, a training as e.g. plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, electronics engineer for energy and building technology, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration technology or comparable and several years of professional experience in a similar position as e.g. project manager/technical manager/project manager/team manager (m/w/d) with a focus on service/maintenance/maintenance of installations in the field of building technology / supply technology/service equipment (technical equipment).
• First experience in managing project teams of advantage
