HR Manager (m/w/d)

• You are responsible for the proactive advice and support of all executives and employees in all personal and personal development topics
• They maintain the entire recruiting process and conduct interviews
• They accompany change processes and organizational development from HR perspective
• They optimise strategic and operational personnel processes and implement them
• Together with the office team, you take over staff administration from onboarding to offboarding of employees

Our requirement profile:

• Complete university studies, ideally with a focus on staff or comparable training
• Multiannual professional experience as a HR generalist or in a comparable position, in the forwarding or service environment
• Experience in accompanying change processes in line with corporate culture
• High level of readiness, team skills and targeted, proactive and independent working
• Very good consulting and negotiation skills and situation-oriented communication
• Very good knowledge of labour law
