Activities What are you doing? You talk to decision-makers: women who manage millions of budgets in the construction and real estate sector — and find out if Alasco can help them. Open doors: Contact potential customers by phone, email and LinkedIn Ask the right questions: You qualify leads, understand their challenges and give the best opportunities to our Account Executives. Knowing your market: You build a pipeline on your own and become an expert for your segment. Teamplay with Marketing: You give input from real conversations, marketing returns content and leads. Outing: Industry events (e.g. Expo Real) from stand-by to follow-up.

Requirements You fit when you... are curious and like to find out how people tick are not afraid to try things you have never done before rather ask questions than memorized sentences Bock has to become a piece better every day — not perfect but growing Formal: Studying or training (specialisation not decisive), first contact points with customer contact (practice count), fluent German (C2) and safe English (B2+).
