Part-time Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Digital Commerce team, which acts as a central partner for marketing and e-commerce activities of our subsidiaries in Germany and abroad – in the heart of Bremen – in part-time (20 - 25 hours/week)!

You design global corporate communication in close cooperation with the Digital Office, the central management and various departments – both operationally and strategically. You develop target-group-oriented content and are responsible for the complete implementation – from idea to publication – for both lower and external communication channels such as Intranet, website, social media and press releases. You implement existing communication strategies, analyze their impact and manage optimization measures. You ensure professional communication within the group of companies and external stakeholders in the international environment. You independently control different communication projects and keep an overview even in dynamic phases. You support selected employer branding measures in cooperation with HR, in particular in social media activities in the employer context. Occasionally support our international locations in matters of corporate design and pay attention to compliance with the central CI requirements.

Successfully completed studies in the field of communication, journalism, media, marketing, German, English and comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in corporate communication and the development and implementation of strategic and operational communication measures. Safe handling of social media (especially LinkedIn and Meta) as well as sound knowledge in the use of digital communication platforms and CMS systems (especially WordPress). Embossed text security in German and very good English skills in word and writing. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and a high degree of self-initiative. Creativity, communication strength and experience in cooperation with stakeholders in international contexts. Team skills, sense of responsibility and a professional appearance complete your profile.
