Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a ten-member team Planning, coordination and monitoring of a cost-effective and qualitatively satisfactory power plant operation in the Rheinfelden (CH) hydropower plant in close cooperation with service providers Ensuring a legally compliant and secure operation in accordance with existing concession, related requirements and applicable regulations Implementation and monitoring of legal regulations and internal requirements, in particular in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection Participation in the optimization and digitization of workflows and their documentation Participation in standby services

Complete technical training ideally with further training to master in the fields of mechanics or electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in the technical environment in electricity generation or hydropower Detegratable leadership skills with focus on motivation, development and cooperation Impressed communication strength and an appreciation of feedback Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Positive basic attitude and high sense of responsibility
