Support in the preparation and revision of training documents (e.g. presentations, guides, exercises) Structure and visualization of content in close cooperation with the project team Using the standardization and formatting of training materials Research activities on training methods and didactic approaches Participation in the preparation of workshops and training Working on internal communication measures as part of training preparation

Continuous studies of communication sciences, pedagogy, economy, psychology, media design or a comparable discipline (at least 3 semesters of study experience) Interest in learning processes, training design and change management First experience in creating training or learning materials of advantage Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Organisational and communication strength Initiative and awareness of responsibility Team spirit
