Project Manager Street Cleaning and Winter Service (m/f/d)

We are looking for the waste industry Stuttgart (AWS) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

The AWS employs around 1,000 employees in the headquarters on Stöckach and at various locations throughout the city. Our tasks include collecting and conveying waste, road cleaning, winter service and central urban fleet management with its own workshop. We also operate a mineral landfill and several valuables. The area of central tasks in the area of road cleaning, winter service and public toilet facilities currently comprises six employees. We coordinate cross-disciplinary topics, develop processes and implement projects. We work closely with the offices and the department management.

• They conduct cross-departmental projects and accompany their implementation from idea to evaluation
• They analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and develop practical solutions
• Your tasks include the creation of decision-making bases, statistics and documentation for property and department management
• They support the preparation and execution of procurements, tenders and performance directories
• They actively contribute to the development of road cleaning and winter services
• You take over the winter service, also in shiftwork, in exchange with colleagues

Your profile that suits us

• A completed study (Bachelor) in the field of engineering, economic or administrative sciences, also professional beginners (required for state recognition in foreign degrees) *Expressed analytical and conceptual thinking
• Ideally experience with tour planning and geoinformation systems as well as safe handling of MS Office programs
• First experience in project work, controlling and compiling statistics
• Independent, structured working and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Good knowledge of German (level B2) in word and writing
• Class B licence
