Your tasks in detail:

You are responsible for the organisation of our vocational training in the field of technical informatics and accompany our trainees throughout the entire training process. You will guide our employees and advise our executives in all personal matters You take on personal administration for individual teams, including the creation of personal documents and the maintenance of our personal management system You bring ideas into your mind, and you can help optimise and standardize our P&C processes

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in the field of HR and experience in the training organization Ideally, you have already worked with Personio or similar HR software solutions You are strong in communication, an organizational talent, and you are characterized by a proactive method You like to come to the office and enjoy a close cooperation in the team German and very good English skills complete your profile
