First contact person for employees and executives across the entire Employee Lifecycle Ensuring and implementing central HR processes (onboarding, internal change, offboarding) including coordination, communication and documentation Processing of HR requests in cooperation with relevant departments Support for personnel and career development and individual development plans Advising and supporting executives with regard to employee management, performance and behaviour issues, and accompanying disciplinary measures Cooperation with HR Business partners in escalations and solution finding in complex situations Independent implementation of the entire recruiting process Identification of Improvement Potential to Optimize HR Processes and Employee Experience Implementation of health prevention measures (including BEM) Working in cross-functional HR projects

Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration with a focus on human resources, psychology, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in personnel Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good understanding of HR processes and standardized HR guidelines Experience in handling HR systems and digital service tools (e.g. SAP Success Factors, Ticketing System) Ability to prioritize and edit multiple requests in parallel efficiently High confidentiality, reliability, empathy and team capability
