Managing Director / CEO for Retail Real Estate (m/f/d)

Our client is the owner of a commercial property for service and commercial companies in the food/food sector and a real institution in the Frankfurt area and beyond. On more than 10 hectares with more than 80 tenants: our client is the starting point for customers from gastronomy / HoReCa and trade from Kassel to the Palatinate.

We are looking for a Managing Director / CEO (m/w/d) at the next possible time in a regulated age succession. In your role, you are responsible for the further development of the site with a team of 12 employees and for the property and facility management with full P&L responsibility. You take care of the interests of the tenants, ensure good property utilization and ensure the smooth operation of the commercial property. You work closely with the Supervisory Board, the shareholders, authorities and external service providers.

In our search we address experienced candidates: in the fields of technical property or facility management, who want to take over as managing directors: the overall responsibility for a prestigious and traditional property.

Responsibility for strategic and operational management of commercial and technical real estate, property and facility management including P&L responsibility Responsibility for maintenance and further development of commercial property in compliance with all legal and safety requirements Acquisition, support and further development of the tenant portfolio Responsibility for budgeting, liquidity management, controlling, reporting and the creation of annual financial statements Cooperative and strategic cooperation with external stakeholders and service providers as well as the Supervisory Board, shareholders and tenants Drive digitalization and process optimization to increase efficiency Company representation incl. maintenance of relationships with business partners and customers

Successfully completed commercial or technical studies, e.g. in the field of business management, engineering or facility management Multiannual experience in the technical and commercial facility and/or property management of commercial properties, e.g. as Center Manager, Property Manager or Head of Real Estate/Facility Management (m/w/d) Multiannual leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams Experience in the commercial (location)Responsibility incl. Compliance guidelines Knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA), maintenance, contracting and finance German excellent, English good in word and writing
