Notary Assistant Location Berlin (m/f/d)

For our Berlin location, we are looking for a full-time emergency staff (m/w/d) to support Dr. Sven Donner.

You are delighted to develop and actively modernise a notary. You take over the introduction and support of the CVC system. You prepare documents independently and ensure careful and reliable processing. You serve our clients comprehensively – from the first contact point to the complete completion of the certificates. You shall ensure the correct determination and settlement of fees and expenses. You coordinate and organize appointments and complaints efficiently and predictively.

You bring a successfully completed vocational training to the specialist (m/w/d). You have several years of professional experience in the Notariat ideally with a focus on real estate law. You already have experience in dealing with CVC. You are routined in dealing with GNotKG and XNotar as well as safe in dealing with Microsoft Office. She has very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are service-oriented, have very good peripheral shapes and a positive, sympathetic appearance. You are characterized by an independent, responsible, structured and reliable way of working.
