You abstract, organize and clean large data sets from different sources, including process planning and production data You use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in the data related to product and plant design You develop, train and develop machine learning models and algorithms to implement complex problems in the manufacturing environment and plant design You communicate data-driven insights clearly and precisely to stakeholders and use visualizations to support sound decisions and improvements You work closely with users and experts to understand their requirements and to develop practical solutions You will keep up to date on current developments in data science, machine learning in plant design and manufacturing environment

You have completed your studies in data science, computer science, automation technology, electrical engineering or related academic fields You have practical experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g. linear regression, Random Forest, neural networks, Reinforcement Learning) You are safe in programming in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch Programming experience in C# and .NET are advantageous You have experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) You have knowledge of statistical concepts (e.g. hypothesis tests, regression analysis) Experience with automated manufacturing environments is advantageous You have strong team and communication skills You convince by your analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
