Student trainee in office management (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact in our office, meet the reception area, receive deliveries and make sure that our meeting rooms are always ready. You take care of the well-being of the team by managing orders for snacks and drinks and supporting the organization of small internal events. You actively help with on-boarding and off-boarding by preparing jobs and making them a smooth start. You bring your own ideas to improve our office processes and support the team in implementation, mastering organizational tasks with MS Office.

You are currently studying in Hospitality, BWL, Real Estate Management or a similar field. With your hand-on mentality and your organizational talent, you always keep an overview. You are a born host and enjoy creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable. You speak fluent German as well as English and are sure to deal with MS Office. Ideally, you have a class B licence.
