Experience: You have relevant professional experience in leading larger teams, ideally in the commercial sector or in logistics. Qualification: A completed study or a comparable qualification is your technical foundation. Mindset: You have a strong desire for change and further development. Not only do you want to manage, you want to actively shape and improve yourself. Personality: You are strong in communication, motivated and have a positive attitude. Even in stressful phases, you keep calm and sovereignty. Language skills: The German and English language is certainly mastered.
