Financial Analysis & Reporting: You will start regular financial reports and analyze business performance indicators to support management and leadership. Budget planning: You can help create budgets and forecasts and monitor their compliance. Cost control: You identify cost drivers and develop cost optimization measures. Process optimization: You analyze existing financial processes and suggest improvements. Project work: You support financial projects and special analyses. Capital acquisition: You support the identification and address of potential growth investors. DEIN PROFIL Training: You have a completed degree in the field of business, finance or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in controlling or finance is advantageous. IT competence: Excel is your second home, and ERP systems are not strange to you. Affinity: You love the world of numbers, bring order to the numerical chaos and have fun in making complex things understandable. Analytical skills: You think analytical, work structured and quickly find yourself in complex facts. Soft Skills: You are team-ready, strong communication and will be safe - even if it gets stressful. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
