Professional leadership and coordination of the controlling team: You control the task distribution and prioritization in the team, ensure the quality of the work results and act as a specialist contact for your colleagues Methods, standards and processes: You ensure uniform controlling methods, standards and processes, continuously develop them and ensure consistent data and reporting quality across all evaluations and reports Project controlling: You are responsible for the project controlling, in particular the maintenance and plausibility of the plan values and the business assessment of the projects in SAP, including in terms of outcome determination, inventory assessment and provisions Interface to Group Controlling: You work closely with the Group Controlling – in planning, forecasting, monthly and annual reporting as well as ad hoc analyses – and ensure compliance with Group-wide requirements, guidelines and dates Business Partnering: You work closely with the project management and operational management, analyze the performance of the projects and areas, identify deviations and jointly guide concrete measures to improve earnings Special topics: You participate in the further development of our controlling system landscape and the digitization of controlling processes and supports special commercial projects

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting – or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in project controlling of a project-driven service, construction or technology company First experience in the professional management or coordination of teams, possibly also desirable in the group environment Very good knowledge of SAP (especially CO/PS, ideally also FI) and safe handling of MS Excel; Knowledge of BI and reporting tools of advantage Understanding planning, forecasting and reporting processes, ideally in the Group environment (HGB/IFRS) Embossed analytical skills, high number affinity and a structured, quality-oriented working Communication strength and enforcement capability in handling operational executives and project managers Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English
