As a production assistant (m/w/d) in Siek, you are an essential part of our team and make sure that the operation in the production area works smoothly. Your main tasks are to operate the production facilities, to comply with quality standards and to provide careful work. This role awaits you with a varied challenge in which engagement and readiness for shiftwork are required.

• You will be responsible for filling nuts and dried fruits.
• You take over the operation and monitoring of production facilities.
• You pay attention to compliance with quality criteria according to HACCP.
• You show willingness to shiftwork and seasonal work.
• You work independently and committed, always with a clear quality awareness.

We are looking for

This position requires experienced and qualified candidates who are familiar with production processes and have an eye for details. Your profile should meet the following criteria:

• You have relevant professional experience of at least 3-5 years.
• You have an independent, dedicated way of working and are resilient.
• You bring a strong sense of quality.
• You have at least basic knowledge of the German language in word and writing.
• Ready for shiftwork and seasonal work for weekend work is of course for you.
