We only provide construction services for Autoland and thus secure the further expansion and success of Autoland. Do you want to manage infrastructure projects not only but actively shape them? In order to strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced and high-through superstructure manager for civil engineering / Dipl. Ing. civil engineering (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), which holds the threads firmly in the hand.

Total line & control: You assume the economic, technical and organizational responsibility for several major projects in civil engineering, road and civil engineering. Leadership & Coordination: You direct the associated construction managers, polators and subcontractors and provide a motivated working environment. Controlling & follow-up management: You monitor costs, appointments and qualities and identify and negotiate yield potentials consistently. Interface function: You are the central contact for our owner, authorities, planner and subcontractor. Quality & Security: You shall ensure compliance with all occupational safety and environmental legislation.

Education: Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing. / Bachelor / Master) with a focus on civil engineering, road construction or a comparable qualification (e.g. Bautechniker with many years of experience). Experience: Founded professional experience in the construction management or superstructure management in civil engineering as well as experience in employee management. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge in building and contract law (VOB/B and VOB/C) Personality: Enforcement ability, negotiation skills and a pronounced economic thinking are what you stand for.
