Inspired by our 4-person team in full-time in the field of basic infrastructure in the workplace consoles department in our company headquarters in Langen as Product manager* for workstation consoles

Design, introduction and optimization of the ''workplace console'' product and its equipment based on operating and technical requirements (e.g. ergonomics, user-friendly, protective devices) preparation and further development of product designs and configurations; in particular of 3D constructions of the consoles and assemblies, including the maintenance of the product and inventory database Ensuring product availability over the entire life cycle Implementation of prototyping and simulations and evaluation of results Cooperation in innovative projects and interdisciplinary working groups (e.g. development of a future standard local workstation, validation of the new remote-tower control workstation, realisation of the new operating room in Langen) Advising other departments and carrying out internal training to use and maintain products Compilation of EC conformity certificates for internally produced consoles and assemblies (according to the 9th ProdSV/Machinery Regulation)

Complete bachelor's, graduate or master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design or technical design or a comparable course of study with multiannual professional experience Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, directives and standards for the design and manufacture of human-centric interactive systems / workplaces and machines Deep experience with CAD software, in particular 3D-Inventor and VAULT from Autodesk, as well as knowledge with VR and AI technologies Knowledge of business and experience in project management desirable Experiences with planning techniques, MS Office 365, VBA for MS Office 365 and SAP users High level of analytical capacity and target orientation as well as communication and cooperation capability Very good knowledge of English and the availability of occasional services
