You build electronic prototypes and test patterns and accompany them from initial commissioning to successful verification You carry out function, verification and error tests and ensure the technical performance of new developments You analyze fault images, identify causes and assist in optimizing electronic circuits You perform precise soldering, assembly and reworking on electronic assemblies and circuit boards You repair, modify and optimize electronic components and prototypes You manufacture cable sets and cable harnesses and ensure their reliable function You build test benches, measurement setups and test equipment for development and verification tasks You prepare internal and external EMC tests and actively accompany them You work closely with the hardware developers and support laboratory work, trial series and development projects You document measurement results, tester knowledge and technical changes comprehensible and professional

Successfully completed training as an electronics technician:in, electrical technician:in, state-tested:r technician:in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in electronics, testing technology, prototype construction or development support Experience in building and commissioning electronic assemblies Safe handling of measuring devices such as oscilloscope, multimeter and laboratory power supply Good knowledge of SMD and THT soldering technology Experience in fault analysis of electronic circuits knowledge of cable assembly and ideally first experience in the EMC environment Experience with EDA tools, such as Altium Designer SAP and Polarion skills are advantageous Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
