Expert Physical Security (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the physical security of the network infrastructure and develop, implement and maintain security policies and concepts and documentation and ensure their continuous development.

The analysis of the security situation, the identification of risks and the derivation of the appropriate risk prevention measures and the minimisation of vulnerabilities are part of your task

You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. KRITIS regulations, BSI law) and support their implementation in the relevant areas. In doing so, you coordinate and analyze safety-relevant incidents and ensure a structured reporting and the derivation of sustainable measures.

As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with internal departments as well as external stakeholders (e.g. authorities, security service providers) and are contact person*in for security-relevant issues and coordinate the activities to build a security organization, a security control centre and modern access management for the network systems

In addition, you sensitize employees and managers on physical security issues and strengthen the company's security awareness.

You have a completed master's degree in security management, security technology, public security or a comparable qualification.

Finding knowledge in the field of physical safety, risk assessment and regulatory requirements (e.g. KRITIS, BSI) will help you. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the security organization of a KRITIS company or a comparable environment.
