To strengthen our team at the Creglingen site, we are looking for

Team Manager Quality Management m/w/d

Your task:

• Participation and technical guidance in the planning and implementation of the company-specific quality policy and objectives
• Promoting quality awareness in the company – implementing and organizing training on quality topics
• Continuous review and evaluation of the further development of the quality management system
• Advice, training and support of employees in all questions of quality management
• Coordination of the annual audit programme and its evaluation, implementation of audits according to DIN ISO 9001
• Management of quality assurance in the Creglingen and Winterbach plants
• Creation of quality reports and analyses
• Monitoring of complaint management
• Building sustainability and compliance management
• Ensuring material compliance (REACH regulation and RoHS guidelines) and compliance with law and legal requirements

Your profile:

• Technical training with additional qualifications in QM or completed studies
• Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideal in mechanical engineering
• Systematic, analytical and careful operation
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• High motivation, communication strength and enforcement capability
