Support and technical advice from customers in Germany and abroad as well as support from our external service staff Creation, processing and tracking of offers and order confirmations for systems and spare parts - from request to delivery (project responsibility) clarification of technical details and application specifications in cooperation with customers as well as internal and external contacts from sales, construction, engineering and production Maintenance and processing of orders in our CSR and ERP systems Link between customer & field service and internal departments Processing of complaints and support in technical questions Project planning and coordination for slitting systems from request to commissioning Creation, maintenance and monitoring of project plans, milestones and timescales Occasional operations at local customers and participation in national and international trade fairs
Successfully completed studies in the field of mechatronics/machine construction or as technician mechatronics/machine construction Very good knowledge of industrial machinery & plant engineering 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial company Flowing language skills in English & other languages with preference French and/or German are advantageous Independent, responsible and committed Very good interpersonal and communicative skills Customer and problem solution orientation Very good interpersonal and communicative skills and willingness to team work Expressed analytical and logical thinking skills
