Buyer focus on IT procurement (m/f/d)

Actively shape our IT procurements and make an important contribution to the digital development of our company. Look forward to a responsible role with high professional relevance and close cooperation with IT, departments and executives. In the activity as a buyer:with the focus on IT procurements, you are responsible for the economic, legal and sustainable procurement of our IT professionals, such as hardware and software. In close cooperation with your executives, IT and the specialist departments involved, you identify the respective needs, use synergies and create a call planning. In the day-to-day business, you create the award documents and control the procurement procedures in accordance with EU law, LHO and internal guidelines and ensure audit-proof documentation. You control the entire procurement process – from the supply pickup to the evaluation and the selection of suppliers to the commissioning. You carry out calls from framework and quota agreements and develop them further in accordance with requirements.

Completion: Completed studies at a university or university, preferably economics, computer science or a similar field of study Professional experience: Multiannual shopping experience with extensive practice in the procurement of hardware and software, in the creation of the service directories and in the evaluation of corresponding offers Expertise: Very high IT affinity and good technical understanding, knowledge of EU law, LHO Berlin and relevant contractual bases such as EVB-IT Personal: Impressive communication skills, high degree of team capacity, reliability and confidentiality, stress resistance in compliance with legal/formal procedures, German knowledge at least on C1 level (written and oral)
