In this responsible position, you play a central role in a professional HR environment and actively shape processes and structures. In perspective, we offer you the opportunity to take on professional and later disciplinary responsibility in a succession regulation. Own-responsible implementation of the pay bill with SAP R/3 HR for a defined group of employees Advice and support of executives and employees in all labour tax and social insurance issues Self-employed correspondence with authorities, social security institutions and financial offices Examination and settlement of travel costs Creation, analysis and interpretation of personal economic indicators and statistics Preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits (economic, tax and social security audits) Close cooperation with accounting and controlling within a group environment Support department management and active participation in projects as well as continuous optimization and further development of HR processes and systems Technical support and perspective guidance of colleagues in the team Targeted preparation for the takeover of a guide role

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally focusing on staff or pay billing Multiannual, well-founded professional experience (at least 4–5 years) in pay billing, preferably in the group environment and with SAP R/3 HR Very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Safe handling of MS Office and high IT affinity Embossed analytical skills as well as a structured, independent way of working High consulting and social competence in dealing with different stakeholders First experience in the professional guidance of employees of advantage
