You keep the threads together in the background and ensure that office, organization and day business are structured You support the management of everyday operations, coordinate appointments, meetings and organizational issues — pragmatic, reliable and with an overview You are contact person (m/w/d) for employees, create a pleasant working environment and take care of the small things that often make the difference in the end You build the social media presence on Instagram and LinkedIn with creativity and a real content strategy professionally from zero with and develop authentic content that shows what the company stands for — grounded, modern and genuine The tasks are distributed to about 60% on assistance and 40% on social media activities

You feel comfortable in both organizational and communicative tasks and have the pleasure of building things independently and taking responsibility You bring a good sense of people, situations and priorities You work pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented and are not too bad for any task You have organisational skills, initiative and a reliable way of working and always keep the professional overview You appreciate medium-sized structures, short paths and a personal relationship
