Personnel and technical coordination staff with central control centre (m/f/d)

You dispose of the city services in the central office for the weekend, readiness and winter services. The planning of personnel and technical resources for the framework and special tours, taking into account shift services and collective agreements, is also part of your area of responsibility. In addition, you are responsible for the collection, management and evaluation of data as well as for the creation of evaluations and presentations and solves organizational and technical problems related to the handling of customer orders. You are the first contact person for external third parties (police, fire brigade, BWB etc.) with regard to operational urban performance requirements.

Complete vocational training of a commercial or technical field with additional qualification e.g. in the field of logistics as a specialist:in (Bachelor Professional §§ 53 c BBiG) or with at least 4 years of proven professional experience ideally in equivalent activity

Alternatively: Completed university education ((FH)Diplom / Bachelor) in the field of economic engineering, logistics or comparable or proof of recognition as “other:r employees:r” For both alternatives: Proven multiannual professional experience in disposition driving licence class B Willingness to work in interchangeable shift, weekend and public holidays, as well as for wintery readiness

Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular salary increases, an annual special payment and an additional occupational pension (VBL).
