Kitchen Assistance

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a kitchen help in part-time (25 hours/week).

Your location is the school and kita cuisine of the Hotel Berghof in Lichtenhain. Our house is a family business, has existed for 35 years and has been supplying kitas and schools of the region with lunch for several years. They work exclusively on Mondays to Fridays in early service from 7 a.m.

Your tasks:

• Support of cooking in preparation of food (e.g. washing, cleaning, comminution of vegetables, fruit, salad)
• Preparation of simple dishes (desserts, salad) under instructions
• Sinking of dishes and pots, cleaning of kitchen utensils, work surfaces and floors according to HACCP guidelines
• Intake of goods, control and professional storage of foodstuffs
