You will help shape the core processes of the bank such as credit assessments and customer data management and learn how You work and develop in a bank You work closely with backend and database teams and act as a bridge between specialist and IT as well as as a specialist contact for your own topics You support the prioritization of requirements, write user stories and accompany their implementation, from request to release You analyze existing data and processes and introduce your own optimization ideas You work closely with different teams (IT, compliance, data protection) as well as external partners and build a broad network

You have a successfully completed university degree with business and/or IT-related orientation (e.g. BWL, business informatics or comparable) You work analytical and structured, and you start tasks in a solution-oriented manner You are able to understand even more complex technical and technical relationships and to prepare them for address You have a hand-on mentality, agile teamwork and excellent German and English knowledge
