Shift Supervisor Pharmaceutical Production (m/f/d)

You ensure a timely and time-optimized production of predominantly solid pharmaceutical forms You guide, promote and judge employees in your area of responsibility and supervise the production processes – if necessary also in adjacent areas. You plan layers as well as machine occupancy and provide trouble-free running at the production machines. You monitor production, carry out cleaning checks on machines and rooms and ensure compliance with relevant GMP and HSE requirements. You calculate production orders, process batch control sheets and coordinate the provision and control of the feed materials. You contribute to the processing of complaints and deviations and support training. You accompany qualification, calibration and maintenance work and actively contribute to the optimization of production processes. You support the creation and modification of production regulations and standard work instructions/SOPs. You perform tasks in the BTM monitoring in the manufacturing sector.

Completed formation for the pharmaceutical edge or for pharmaceutical or comparable, ideally with leadership experience. Professional experience in pharmaceutical, food or medical products production. Very good GMP knowledge as well as a pronounced sense of quality and responsibility. Joy in the professional guidance and development of employees. Good MS-Office knowledge; SAP and English skills are desirable. Team skills, commitment, flexibility and reliability are what you want. You convince with an active, powerful and dynamic personality. You can also act professionally, solution-oriented and structured in the case of modified framework conditions.
