Elastic Engineer Cloud (m/f/d)

You support the development, operation and development of our Elastic platforms in on-premises, azure and GCP environments. You work on exciting use cases around Data & AI – from recording, processing and intelligent search into data, through modern search-&-AI solutions to the observability of complex systems and security solutions. Your tasks include providing data for innovative AI applications, such as intelligent and semantic search and modern retrieval approaches. You develop automation with Python, Ansible and OpenTofu. In addition, you use AI-based development tools like Codex AI to turn ideas into working solutions faster. You analyze technical challenges, implement your own ideas and implement them together with the team. Continuous professional development is just as important as your everyday life with us as deeper into the Elastic ecosystem.

You have either completed a study in computer science or a comparable subject area, a suitable training or otherwise bring appropriate practical professional experience in the IT field. You already had touch points with Linux, cloud, container technologies, automation or software development. Terms such as Python, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code, Elastic or Cloud are not foreign words for you. In addition to practical experiences, one thing is very important to us: the curiosity and desire to learn. You are interested in Data & AI, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Cloud, Observability and Security and want to understand how smart products and services are created from data. The work in the team prepares you friends – you communicate openly and have fun doing things better, easier and scalable. You can safely communicate in German (min. B2 level); English helps you with technical documentation and in the community.
