In-house lawyer / business lawyer (m/f/d)

In order to increase the legal expertise in the house in a targeted manner, our client is looking for a versatile and practical personality, which is responsible for the wide range of contractual and economic issues and supports management as well as departments competently. You advise management and departments (e.g. sales, purchasing, logistics) in economic and contractual matters and develop pragmatic, risk-oriented solutions. You create and examine national and international treaties (e.g. supply, framework, logistics and service contracts) in German and English and are on the side of the negotiators with advice. You are responsible for the further development of contract standards, AGB, sample clauses as well as lean processes for contract testing, release and documentation. You evaluate contractual and liability risks and conduct clear recommendations for action for management. You support compliance, governance and selected corporate law issues and coordinate external law firms if necessary. You accompany complaints, damages and disputes (including claims management) and prepare argumentation lines or Written drafts. You contribute to projects for process optimization and digitization in the contractual environment.

You bring a legal degree with at least first state exams or an economic law degree (LL.B./LL.M.). You point with experience in the examination and creation of contracts, as well as the legal risk and liability assessment. You have at least first or several years of professional experience in a legal department or business law-oriented firm. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and communicate legal content clearly and understandably. You convince by a ground-based, pragmatic way and joy in cooperation with various disciplines. You have good English skills for voting within an international group of companies.
