In this position, you take responsibility for operational procurement (international) and ensure that goods, materials and services are available reliably, economically and on time. You act as a central interface between purchasing, logistics and suppliers and actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes.

You ensure that the products are available at the right time, in the right quantity and quality You keep an overview of order confirmations, delivery dates and invoices You are in close contact with suppliers, forwarders and internal departments such as logistics, product management or customer service You maintain and update the product and supplier data in the ERP system reliably and carefully You address complaints, deviations and delivery problems in a solution-oriented manner and together with all parties find pragmatic solutions You contribute to tenders, price comparisons and purchase analyses and actively contribute to process improvement You support compliance with sustainability and compliance requirements (e.g. packaging, certificates or REACH)

You have completed commercial training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade or as an industrial businessman/woman You bring first to multi-year experience in purchasing or order processing, ideally in e-commerce or business environment You work structured, carefully and have a good sense of priorities You are also left for several open processes and always keep an overview Sustainability and legal requirements in purchasing are familiar to you or you are ready to work on these topics You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel, and have ideally already worked with an ERP system You communicate in writing and orally very well in German and bring good English knowledge with
