Organisation of administrative daily business and support of management teams Responsibility for the local facility management team Control of external service providers and coordination of the associated tasks (e.g. catering, school bus, cleaning) Support for the ‘Safety of Work and Safety’ task area Cooperation with the competent authorities Planning, implementation and coordination of school events, e.g. open days, events and celebrations Own-sponsored takeover and support of projects and planning of various events Competent and reliable contact person for parents and external contact persons:

Successfully completed studies, ideally in the commercial sector, or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in an equivalent position, preferably in the service sector Basic technical interest and knowledge in facility management Embossed team orientation and high communication strength German and English language skills in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications Impressed customer orientation and marketing affinity
