Head of Construction in the Hydrogen Sector (m/f/d)

Responsibility for project management, compliance with dates, quality and budgets.

Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines (machine directive, DGRL, ATEX).

Mechanical and process engineering design, calculation and simulation of components and systems.

Construction of modular systems and standardization of constructions.

Monitoring technological developments and their implementation in engineering processes.

Ensuring consistent data between CAD, ERP and PDM as well as creating technical documentation.

Coordination of technical decreases and continuous optimization in terms of cost and feasibility.

Commercial & legal competencies Budget, cost and investment planning for the construction sector.

Technical testing of delivery and performance volumes as well as accompaniment of the ordering processes.

Implementation of project controlling, risk analysis and control of technical/commercial risks.

Support in claim management through comprehensible documentation of technical changes.

Management competencies Discipline and professional leadership of the design team as well as control of external partners.

Implementation of employee talks and promotion of the further development of the team.

Establishing a transparent, solution-oriented cooperation in the field and at interfaces.

Participation in the selection and structured incorporation of new employees.

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in construction.

Very good knowledge of mechanical construction with a focus on process engineering systems.

Found experience in the modularization and standardization of complex systems (platform engineering).

Wide knowledge of engineering.

Cost awareness, planning and monitoring.

Experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of teams as well as a pronounced social competence.

Flexibility, reliability and enforcement in project management.

Willingness to continue and travel.

Negotiating English in Word and Writing.
