As a specialist (w/m/d) in the time economy, you are the central contact person for all topics relating to working time, absences and special tariffs. You ensure the correct mapping of legal and tariff requirements in the system, analyze complex individual cases and continuously develop existing processes. In addition, you are responsible for the system administration, creating sound evaluations for the departments and supporting the implementation of legal changes in close coordination with internal interfaces. Your work ensures a legally compliant and efficient design of the working time processes and creates a reliable basis for the billing of charges.

You have completed relevant higher education in administrative or human resources or a comparable degree or you have comparable knowledge. You have broad knowledge of collective bargaining, labour law and civil servant law and the special hessian regulations and decrees on matters of holiday law and any other absences, as well as several years of experience in practical application. You have deeper knowledge and several years of experience with the SAP HR module. You have very good knowledge of the management structures and processes of the HZD and the HCC.
