As a Product Owner, you take the end-to-end responsibility for a product area of our websites and online shops and/or for a brand of our group, along with a cross-functional expert:inside You are responsible for the conversion rate and take over the continuous analysis and interpretation of user flows on the portal and in the check-out tunnel You carry out continuous success control of the main websites and online shop KPIs and provide reports for management Start and prioritize your backlog with improvements based on user feedback, business goals and market insights, and tune this with stakeholders You carry out methodological analyses, such as market and competition reviews, to identify user needs, trends and opportunities for further development You understand to translate complex user and business requirements from different stakeholders in the company into seamless workflows and concept ideas

The foundation of your success is a successful study or a comparable training You know the advantages and disadvantages of classic and agile procedures from multi-year practical experience, optimally in the field of software development You bring the right mix of creativity and entrepreneurial calculus with You draw from analytical thinking, a lot of initiative, commitment, courage and a structured but also pragmatic approach You are versed in dealing with stakeholders as well as creating Epics and User Stories and in the responsibility and prioritization of the Product Backlog You develop the product vision together with the stakeholders and fill it with life
