As Service Account Manager (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Consumer. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling and packaging machines for cosmetic and personal care products, you also work with them. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

In your new role, you take over the role of Single Point of Contact and are the first contact person for technical customer requests. The customer is in focus with you. Through a weekly, proactive exchange, they ensure the distribution of service products and identify the needs of their customers. In your area of responsibility, there is advice on mechanical and electrotechnical optimization possibilities, including machine modifications, further developments and spare parts supply. They complete service projects from order intake to customer acceptance. This includes the project management of reconstructions, maintenance and repairs of existing plants. In addition, you ensure that customer requirements are recorded and forwarded to internal interfaces such as sales and technology and coordinate our service technicians on site and ensure smooth implementation of the projects. They have successfully completed technical training and, for example, have further qualified as a technician or specialist. You have already gained your first professional experience in a technical position, also as a technician, and are now looking for a new professional challenge. You are convinced by your strong team and communication skills, your flexibility and your organizational talent. Very good English knowledge in word and writing allows you to professionally exchange with international customers. The readiness for occasional international customer visits completes your profile.
