This is part of the business communication & PR division at Diehl Defence and is headed by the company headquarters in Überlingen.

Under the technical direction of the communications and event manager at the site, you will take over the project management for small and large events as well as high-level visitor appointments. You take the role as host (m/w/d) both for external visitors and for colleagues in internal events. In the preparation or implementation of events, you are responsible for carrying out all tasks and bring together the contributions of participants in the company and external service providers; show organisational talent and skill in project implementation and a safe handling of guests. You support your team in commercial activities and other marketing tasks as well as in location communication. If necessary, you can also contribute to other areas of business communication & PR, such as internal communication or media production.

You have successfully completed their studies or completed training in the field of event management, advertising and marketing or hotel industry; Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification or Training, e.g. as a merchant (m/w/d) for marketing communication. In addition, you already have practical experience in the planning, implementation and follow-up of events. With a strong communication strength, you can work both in a structured manner in the team and independently; at the same time, you can score good work results due to your stress resistance and reliability in demanding and hectic situations. With your high chronological flexibility and the willingness to participate in occasional national missions, you can help the team in terms of scale. Your profile is rounded off by a safe handling of MS Office, a class B driver's license and very good knowledge of German and English; in visitor care, apply this language knowledge in a liquid form.
