Your profile

• Complete vocational training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist system integration, IT customer service, IT system electronics, IT system business, service technician IT, information electronics or comparable experience
• Experience in ticket-based onsite support
• Knowledge of asset management, user management in the Active Directory and basic network technology
• Good knowledge of German
