Support in the strategic construction and further development of our education and university marketing. Develop measures and formats for addressing pupils, students and professionals. Care and further contacts with universities, departments and other educational partners. Support the planning, organisation and follow-up of career fairs, university events and other events. Develop templates, guides and toolkits that can be used decentrally in the company. Organize our internal Studi network of interns and working students and train the content and processes. Watching trends in early talent marketing and launching new ideas and measures. Take part projects independently and introduce creative ideas.

With your creativity as well as your own initiative, you enrich us and want to help shape the change of the BarmeniaGothaer. Your communication strength and your sovereign appearance are yours. You like to go to people and enjoy building networks and fostering relationships. Your enthusiasm for Employer Branding, Talent Marketing and the speech of students is noticeable. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in training and university marketing. You are in advanced studies in business, communication, marketing, psychology or comparable. You can work for 15 to 19 hours per week on 2 to 4 days. We would like to work with you for longer, so ideally you still have at least 2 semesters of rest period.
