01.06.2025 a staff member in administration (m/w/d) for the Senior Center "Mühlenau" at our location in 56305 Puderbach.

Your task:

• Contact persons for our residents and their relatives
• Administrative management (telephone headquarters, support in the processing of requests from the nursing institution, inhabitant administration, creation of housing and care contracts, inbox, inbox)
• Working with Accounting (Creditor and Debitor Bookkeeping incl. Mahnwesen, Kassenführung)
• Advice and communication of corresponding services
