Representative / Coordinator for Occupational Safety, Health Protection, Fire Protection (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you control and coordinate key issues relating to occupational safety, health and fire protection. You work closely with external service providers. Its area of responsibility includes the Bonn site as well as our Germany-wide offices. Local service trips within Germany are therefore necessary. Your tasks include: Cooperation with external workers for occupational safety Organisation and coordination of the necessary duty, supply and preventive examinations as well as management of occupational health management (BGM) Responsibility for the planning, control and further development of occupational safety Organisation and monitoring of risk assessments, missions, audits and ensuring the monitoring and documentation of measures Consultation and support of site managers, fire protection and first aid workers in all relevant occupational safety topics Planning, implementation and preparation of ASA meetings, instruction and evacuation exercises Planning and control of statutory audits and maintenance of relevant occupational safety documentation Coordination and monitoring of fire protection measures Review, tracking and preparation of key figures on safety, health and preventive measures

Successfully completed commercial or technical training First experience in occupational health management, occupational safety or fire protection desirable additional qualification in the areas of occupational safety and fire protection or the willingness to acquire these qualifications Ideally well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal and requirements in the field of occupational safety, health protection and fire protection Experience in carrying out risk analyses, audits and instruction and training readiness for regular missions A pronounced communication strength (in word and writing) and a safe and solution-oriented occurrence Very good German knowledge (level C1) in word and writing are required, as precise internal and external communication with different stakeholders must be ensured. A structured, independent and at the same time team-oriented way of working, combined with high commitment and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation readiness for occasional journeys within Germany Safe handling of current MS Office applications
