Become the next (Junior) team leader/shift manager (w/m/d) in stock logistics! With good performance, we offer you a long-term perspective with a next career step within 2 - 3 years. Within 6-9 months, we prepare you gradually for the tasks as a professional manager (in the goods and/or exit or the like). You get to know all the workflows and the product groups and take over the coordination of individual processes in your shift. You take responsibility and gain first experience in controlling a part of our logistics location. In addition, you are responsible for personnel deployment planning in the work area and perform, motivate and develop the employees.

You have an affinity for logistics and want to gain even more experience in this area and willingness to work shifts. Joy in dealing with people, a pronounced team capacity and the will to take responsibility as a leadership. You are characterized by your sense of responsibility, your aim and your organizational talent.
