You appreciably relieve our Managing Director for Sales and R&E by taking on projects and initiatives independently, across all business sectors. RESPONSIBILITY Own control and coordination of operational projects in different business areas (e.g., coordinate growth initiatives, shape social media strategy and orchestrate implementation, shape further development of corporate design) Preparation of decision bases, analyses and presentations for management Support and follow-up of strategic initiatives and special topics Interface between management and internal and external stakeholders Support in business development and implementation of growth initiatives

Completed studies (economic, management or comparable) or kfm. Education First professional experience, like consulting, start-up or business environment Strong conceptual and analytical skills Embossed self-management, high self-initiative, ''hands on'' mentality and resilience Affinity for MedTech and for digital tools Curiosity and readiness to work quickly on new topics Communication strength at eye level with leaders Structured, pragmatic mode of operation combined with discretion and ability to keep an overview even under pressure Very good knowledge of German and English
