Prop master, focus on small prop collection (m/f/d)

Our little requisition fundus is looking for backup! The material management department is responsible for the equipment event technology, for decorations, work equipment as well as for props and costumes needed in studio and outdoor productions. In the storage area of the small requisite fundus in Unterföhring, props are held for all production formats of the house. We are looking for support for the projects of large stock reduction and stock collection in the new warehouse management software.

Requisite composition according to requirements (e.g. script, extract list) Preparing the scene with small props Professional consultancy for contemporary and historical props Manage and store the props Implementation of general storage activities in the small requisition fund (issue and withdrawal in the daily business) Maintenance and management of data in our warehouse logistics software Data determination, data purification, data transmission and search for the collection of articles Measurement and photography of the individual articles

Completed training for the proprietor (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) or comparable completed training (e.g. room equipment) with subsequent professional qualification Requisite Practical experience in the field of small requisitions in the media industry Very good knowledge of MS Office and possibly Previous knowledge of warehouse logistics software “easyjob 6” High concentration capability and structured and independent operation High level of reliability, care and readiness to use Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
