Electrical Engineer - Building Design / Building Services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the development of sustainable building concepts and independently manage projects of technical building equipment over all phases of the HOAI. You plan demanding systems of electrical and telecommunications technology for new buildings as well as existing buildings and carry out light calculations, e.g. with DiaLux. As a central expert:in you advise builders and architects:inside and represent your planning results in both internal and external project rounds. You create precise performance directories, evaluate incoming offers and actively support the project team in the award and budget control.

You have a degree in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification (technical technician, master with focus on electrical installation) You have already collected several years of experience in an engineering office or installation company You have already carried out planning of electrical installations in the building You are familiar with the project processes and the interfaces to other structures at the construction You are interested in sustainable and innovative technologies in the building sector You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing (from C1)
