We are not a classic system house, but combine consulting, implementation and product development. Parallel to customer projects, we develop amaiko — an AI-Buddy for Microsoft 365 in teams (SaaS). Our team currently consists of 16 employees; we work with start-up spirit and medium-sized reliability.

You enter amaiko customer in Service & Support (Onboarding, Questions, Troubleshooting) You participate in the expansion of amaiko, test new features, give feedback and pflegst documentation You create user guides, FAQs and training materials for amaiko customers You support the further development of the PASSION4IT Academy and participate in courses on AI topics You are a member of the Academy and supports questions about course content and quality assurance You work in AI customer projects, prepare workshops and research-oriented AI‐Use‐Cases for the middle class You will create presentations, concepts and documentation and support prototyping in Microsoft 365 You create marketing content (blog, social media, campaigns) and support performance monitoring
