Discipline, technical and economic responsibility for a subject area Personnel management (disciplineal and professional), e.g. planning and implementation of personnel talks and personnel development measures Control of the subject area according to economic considerations (budget, forecasts, development of measures/conversion etc.) Continuous operational and strategic development of the field of test data management in the planning and operation of HIL/SIL, test racks and services in the field of operational IT operations Definition and optimization of specifications and standards with focus on IT operations in the automotive and defence sectors Continuous further development of the customer and order base, in particular expansion of existing projects and acquisition of new projects in the Defence business segment

Master or Diploma or adequate professional experience Adequate experience and industry knowledge from the automotive industry and the defence sector Knowledge of the planning and control of service and operation for test equipment (e.g. hardware tester, HIL test rigs, SIL tests and art related tests) Low military experience Embossed, customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as present and market, especially at technical/technical decision-making levels Experience in the distribution of complex service models Very strong readiness to travel especially within Germany German and safe knowledge of English in word and writing
